Our
10th Anniversary Event
31st July 2022
It was wonderful to be able to celebrate our 10th Anniversary event and Sunday Social on the 31st July
We had 66 members plus friends at Craig-y-Don Croquet club , starting with drinks by the lawn at 12.00 noon, followed by a buffet in the Craig-y-Don Community Centre hall.
Also Joining us, we were lucky enough to have:

Miss Alice, Thea Thomas-Graham, Town Crier Billy Baxter our Chairman John Hannah, Committee Member Linda Pike, Past Mayor Cllr Harry Saville also attending Past Mayoress Miss Loren Lloyd-Pepperell

 Alice thought she had never seen such a curious croquet-ground in her life; |  the balls were live hedgehogs, the mallets live flamingoes.., |  and the soldiers had to double themselves up and to stand on their hands and feet, to make the arches. But Alice took to croquet with gusto! |
